Our aim is to enhance the quality of life for individuals living with Dementia through engaging activities, socialisation, and personalised care. In addition, our
service offers respite and support for caregivers and families.
We currently have eleven Dementia Day Centre's for people who are living with Dementia in the community; with the aim to improve wellbeing and help people remain living at home for as long as possible. This service also provides carers with five hours of much needed respite.
